Allan Craig Switzer

Allan Craig Switzer, 62, passed away on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at Licking Memorial Hospital.  Allan was born September 11, 1955 in Fostoria and was the son of the late Donald and Gloria (Pember) Switzer.  He was a 1973 graduate of Amanda Clearcreek High School and a member of Marcy Trinity Lutheran Church.  Allan enjoyed farming with his father for many years.
Allan is survived by a sister, Carol (Richard) Zipf of Delaware and two nieces, Hannah (Emerson) Rhoad of Gahanna and Sarah (Matthew) Hays of Westerville; great nephew, Lucas Hays and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 24, 2018 at the Taylor Funeral Home in Amanda with Pastor Dan Chapman officiating.  Burial will follow in Amanda Twp. Cemetery.  Friends may call from 11:00 a.m. until time of service on Saturday.
The family would like to thank the staff at Heath Nursing Care Center for their care of Allan over the past few years.
