Arizona Kiser

Arizona Kiser, age 91 of Lancaster, passed away on Friday, December 12, 2025, at the Pickering House in Lancaster surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Pike County, KY to George and Bertha (Bartley) Tackett, on October 10, 1934. She regularly attended the Little Angel Church in Groveport. Arizona enjoyed gardening, crocheting and quilting, when she was younger. She had made a special quilt for each of her grandchildren. Arizona was consistently positve, upbeat, quick-witted and fun. She was known to share her little "pearls" of wisdom with her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by her children, Tronny L. Kiser and Diana L. (Gary) Peters, both of Lancaster; daughter-in-law, Grace Kiser, of Grove City; grandchildren, Sean (Ashlie) Kiser, Jessica (Rory) Hart, Amanda (Sean) Murphy, Stephanie Kiser and Lara Peters; six great grandchildren, Logan, Brayen, Ronan, and Brennen Hart, and Dalton and Evie Leigh Murphy; sister, Leona Newsome, of Port Clinton; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Walter Kiser; and son Gary Kiser.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 19, 2025, at Taylor-Theller Funeral Home, Amanda. Interment will follow at Amanda Township Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until the the time of the service Friday at the funeral home.
