Bentley Matthew Miller, infant son of Matthew Miller and Lacie Johnson, passed away May 5, 2012 at Children's Hospital after brief illness. Bentley was born April 7, 2012 in Lancaster. He was deeply loved by his family and will be greatly missed.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by a sister, Kyndal Bair; grandparents, Paul and Angie Miller of Richmond, Ohio and Marilyn and John Johnson of Lancaster; aunts and uncles, Jessica and Austin Johnson and Tiffany Miller.
The family would like to thank Children's Hospital for their excellent care of Bentley during his illness.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at the TAYLOR FUNERAL HOME in Amanda. Burial will be in Amanda Twp. Cemetery. Friends may call from 12:00 p.m. until time of service on Wednesday.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like contributions be made to Nationwide Children's Hospital in Bentley's memory.
