Carl R. Young, age 83 of Circleville passed away Thursday, April 16, 2020 at Logan Elm Helathcare in Circleville. Arrangements for a private graveside service at Amanda Township Cemetery are under the direction of Taylor-Theller Funeral Home, Amanda.
