Carolyn E. Bigham

Carolyn E. Bigham, age 79, of Amanda, passed away on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at her home surrounded by her family and dear friends. She was born on October 23, 1946, in Lancaster, the daughter of Clement and Fannie (Clendenen) Welch. She enjoyed spending time with her family and her dogs. She crocheted, loved baking and hosting holidays with her family, and enjoyed doing word searches.

She is survived by her children, Donna (Steve) Richardson, of Belpre, Anita (David) Doner, of Lancaster, and Bryan Bigham, of Amanda; grandchildren, Christopher (Taylor) Richardson, Michael (Courtney) Bigham, Lauren Richardson, and Sarah Doner; great grandchildren, Zeplynn, Scottie, and Carter. She is preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, August 3, 2026, at Taylor-Theller Funeral Home, Amanda with Pastor Tom Underwood officiating. Interment will follow at Amanda Township Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2-5 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.
