Charlotte Hart

Charlotte M. Hart, age 82 of Canal Winchester, went to meet her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at Mt. Carmel East in Columbus. She was born October 26, 1941, in Chicago, IL, daughter of the late George and Camille (Kolar) Rugger. She retired from Nationwide Insurance with 24 years of service. She was a member of Multiply Church (formerly Eastgate Assembly of God) in Reynoldsburg where she also taught Children's Church for over 40 years.

She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Richard; children, Timothy (Doris) Hart, of Las Vegas, NV, and Jeffrey (Darla Quincel) Hart, of Cardington; grandchildren, Kalib (Brittany) and Gauge Hart. She was preceded in death by her parents and her son, John Hart.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, March 4, 2024, at Multiply Church, 6519 Tussing Rd., Reynoldsburg with Rev. Steven Conrad officiating. Interment will follow at Maple Hill Cemetery, Stoutsville. The family will receive friends from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service Monday at the Church.
