Dennis Lynn Streitenberger

Dennis Lynn Streitenberger, 79, of Stoutsville, passed away on August 23, 2026 surrounded by family. He was born on October 12, 1946 in Circleville to the late, Ronald (Buck) and June Evelyn (Brown) Streitenberger. After graduating high school from Amanda Clearcreek in 1964 he was drafted into the US Army. After returning from the Army, he started farming with his dad. After many years he retired from trucking with Roadway.

Aside from his parents he was preceded in death by his father and mother in law, Leland and Juanita Griffith.

Dennis is survived by his wife of over 60 years, LaDonna (Griffith); children, Denise (John) Sears, Dawn (Jon) Furr; grandchildren, Barbara (Lane) Garner, Jacob (Maria) Sears, Alayna Furr (Jared Keets), Garrett Furr; great grandchildren, Evelyn Garner, and Jovie Sears.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 5, 2026 from 11am until Noon at Taylor-Theller Funeral Home, 111 W Main St, Amanda, OH 43102. A graveside service with military honors will follow at 12:30pm at Floral Hills Memory Gardens, 351 Coonpath Rd, Lancaster.
