Donald A. Kraft

Donald A. Kraft, age 86 of Lancaster passed away Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at the Fairfield Medical Center - River Valley Campus. He was born October 3, 1934 in Columbus, son of the late George and Ruth (McCaffrey) Kraft. He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Marine Corp, having served in Korea. He was a lifetime member of the VFW and a member of the American Legion. Don loved sports of all types.

He is survived by his wife, Norma (Kinser) whom he married on May 5, 1973; his sister, Karen Dearth; his step-daughter, Vickie Julian (Fred Connell); and several other nieces, nephews, family members and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents; his step-son, Ronald Julian; and his brother, Richard Lee Kraft.

At his request, no formal services will be observed. Cremation has been arranged in the care of Taylor-Theller Funeral & Cremation Service.

Don's family would like to extend a special thanks to his sister-in-law, Carolyn Eads and her husband Lloyd and to the staff at Carroll Place.
