Edith Priscilla Freeman, 58, of Nelsonville, passed away suddenly on Thursday, February 23, 2017. She was born June 28, 1958 and was the daughter of the late Charles Bailes and Edith (Bowlby) Miller who survives.
Priscilla is survived by her husband, Dan Freeman; children, Debra VonWert, James Stearns, Charles (Joanna) Stearns, Loretta Stearns and Ronald (Jill) Brown; step daughters, Mistee (David) Treptow and Paula (Otis) Spaulding; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister, Ada Gambill; brother, Ed Bailes and nieces and nephews.
In addition to her father, Priscilla was preceded in death by a daughter, Candy Sterns; brother, Barney Bailes; and a sister; Catherine Osmer.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the Taylor Funeral Home in Amanda with Rev. Curtis Ward officiating. Burial will follow in Amanda Twp. Cemetery. Friends may call from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Contributions may be made to the Taylor Funeral Home, P.O. Box 176, Amanda, Ohio 43102 to help with expenses.
