Esther "Janie" Hart

Esther "Janie" Hart, age 79, of Amanda passed away on Saturday, September 24, 2022 at Berger Hospital in Circleville. She was born May 23, 1943 in Pickaway County, the daughter of the late Ernest Williams and Mildred (Stonerock) Ivers. Janie loved to fish and enjoyed watching her family work the fields.

Janie is survived by her husband of fifty-nine years, Paul; children, Paul Hart Jr., of the home, Kevin (Carla) Hart, of Stoutsville, Chris (Crystal) Hart, of Stoutsville; grandchildren, Jeremy, Travis, Casey, Tressa, Tyler, Ashlyn, and Kyler; several great grandchildren; sister, Mary Bigham, of Lancaster; special niece, Jan Palmer, and many other nieces and nephews. Janie is preceded in death by her parents; son, Bryan Hart; granddaughter, Jessica Hart; four brothers and four sisters.

Funeral service will be held 11:00am Thursday, September 29, 2022 at Taylor-Theller Funeral Home, 111 W. Main St., Amanda. Visitation will be held 6:00-8:00pm on Wednesday at the funeral home.
