Dear family, Hector was one of my favorite supervisors at the Census Bureau.  The staff had so much fun with him at division Christmas parties.  Sorry for your loss, and may God continue to be with you.

I never really got to know Hector. I think I only met him maybe once, but he must have been a wonderful human being to have married such a wonderful woman, and to have raised such an amazing son. I feel blessed that I get to see Julie and Jordan on most days throughout the year.

Julie and Family, my sincere sympathy on your loss of Hector.  I worked for Hector before my retirement from the Census Bureau.  He helped me count down the days to my retirement.  Always looking forward to his retirement in Ohio.  Hector always asked how my husband was doing, since he was a fellow Viet Nam vet.  Hector was a concerning person and a good person to support your endeavors.

God Bless all of you during this time of great sorrow.

To the entire Feliciano Family, I was saddened to hear about the loss of Hectorour Census Bureau friend, colleague, supervisor, and mentor. Hector was so calming, knowledgeable and thoughtful. He was a wonderful supervisor who stood behind his employees and trusted their judgment, while all along the way treating everyone with respect.  I can not imagine the pain and anguish he and his family went through with cancer. Before he left MSB (HQs) and went to PR to work the rest of his Census years it was with great pleasure that we cheered him and Julie on to their new adventure.  He was only too happy to tell us of his retirement plans in the near future with his wife and her family in Ohio. Hector, here is to you and the impact you made all along the wayWith Luv and Gratitude, May You Rest in Peace
