Helen Janice LeVan

Helen Janice “Jan” (Stebelton) LeVan , age 78 of Lebanon OH, passed away Monday, June 1, 2015 at her home surrounded by family.  Jan was born June 1, 1937 in Amanda OH to the late Boyd and Clara (Stump) Stebelton.
She is survived by daughters, Geri Conner and Susan Carter; son, Doug (Sheri) LeVan; grand children Maia Conner, Joby (Amanda) Carter, Dusty Carter, Stefanie Vandiver and Tommy LeVan; great grandchildren Riley Carter, Alexis Vandiver and Tristan Vandiver; brother Carl Stebelton. In addition to her parents, Jan was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Clarence; sister, Joyce Miller; brothers; Tom, Bob, John, Ronnie and Roger Stebelton.
Private grave side service at Maple Hill Cemetery in Stoutsville at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by Taylor Funeral Home in Amanda. The family requests contributions to the American Cancer Society or Hospice Care of Middletown, 3909 Central Avenue, Middletown OH 45044 in Jan's memory.
