James T. Anderson

James T. “Jim” Anderson, age 57 of Lancaster, passed away Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at his residence. He was born October 6, 1963 in Lancaster, the son of James L. and Barbara G. (Seymour) Anderson, who survive. He was a graduate of Amanda Clearcreek, class of 1982. He worked in construction as a drywaller and formerly owned A-C Drywall for many years. Jim loved softball, golfing, and fishing. He started the Tuesday Night Golf League at the Pickaway Country Club.

   He is survived by his grandmother, Mary Elizabeth Lane, of Stoutsville; parents James L. and Barbara G. (Seymour) Anderson, of Amanda; wife of 36 years, Cindy A. (Carter) Anderson; son, Jimi (Audra) Anderson, of Canal Winchester; grandchildren, Nevaeh “Nunu” and Solaina “Sojo” Anderson; siblings, Melissa (Valerie Faught) Anderson, of Newark, Michele Anderson, of Lancaster, Michael (Sharon) Anderson, of Lancaster and Harold Anderson, of Amanda; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and several other in-laws. He is preceded in death by his son, Jeffery Thomas Anderson; grandma, Anna Seymour.

   A memorial service will be held and announced at a later date. Cremation has been arranged in the care of Taylor-Theller Funeral Home, Amanda.

   In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the funeral home to assist with expenses.
