A candle was lit in memory of Jim Bly

I grew up on Westphal Avenue, Whitehall, just living down the road from where The Bly's lived. Faye was one of my best friends and we graduated together in 1960. Faye was here for our 50th class reunion and that was the last time I saw her. The following year Faye went home to be with the Lord. But I remember being a teenager and having dinner with the family. Many great memories of this family. I remember Mr. Bly's new Edsel. All of Whitehall came to see his car. Sorry I am unable to be there, but know I am sending prayers of comfort to your family......Anne Hazlett Highland

My deepest sympathies to the entire family, friends and coworkers. I only knew and worked with Jim for a relatively short time but found him to be a wonderful person and he'll be greatly missed by all.

So sorry for your loss. Some of my fondest childhood memories are of spending time with Jim and him teaching us to swim and taking us fishing.
