Jennie "Mimi" Russell, of Circleville, passed away Sunday, June 8, 2014 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. Jennie was born in Columbus and was the daughter of the late William and Helen (Miller) Shirey. She was retired from Pickaway Grain/Cargill after many years of service.
She is survived by a daughter, Carla (Rob) Bastian of Circleville; two grandchildren, Trevor and Presley Bastian and a half brother, Danny Shirey of Texas. In addition to her parents, her husband, F.C. "Carl" Russell preceded her in death.
Cremation has been handled with care by the Taylor Funeral Home in Amanda. The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. Friday at the Taylor Funeral Home and a memorial service will be held 4:00 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
The family requests donations to Berger Hospice, 1280 N. Court St., Circleville, Ohio 43113 in Jennie's memory.
