Jill Ratcliff-Vaughn

Jill Ratcliff-Vaughn, 48, of Stoutsville, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, February 9, 2026. Jill was born April 29, 1977, in Circleville, OH, to the late Gary Ratcliff and Judi (Stump) Ratcliff. Jill enjoyed all kinds of crafting and was always redecorating some room in her home.She also loved spending time with her only child, Austin and her grandchildren, Kathleen and Zaiden.

She was preceded in death by her father, Gary; grandmother, Patty Stump; grandparents, Lloyd and Ruby Ratcliff; uncle Jerry Ratcliff and aunts, Marylin (Schooley) Bridgewater and Carolyn Webb.

She is survived by her mother, Judi Ratcliff; son Austin Ratcliff; sister, Beth Lemaster; grandchildren, Kathleen and Zaiden; grandfather, Don Stump; aunts, Sue and Brenda Stump, and Tracy (Mike) Dowland; uncle, Donny (Michelle) Stump; nephews, Wesley Lemaster and Brycen Ratcliff; niece, Macey (Dalton) Thompson; and great niece, Everleigh. And too many friends to even try to list.

Per Jill's wishes, she will be cremated. After things settle down, we will have a family and friends get together for everyone's final goodbye. We will post details on Facebook in a month or so.
