Judith A. Starner

Judith A. "Judy" Starner , age 78, of Lancaster, passed away on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at Main Street Terrace. She was born on August 15, 1947. Judy enjoyed bowling, bingo, and karaoke.

She is survived by her children, Brian Starner and Amber (Bud) Glenn, both of Lancaster; grandchildren, Christina (Rex) Lozier, of Pleasantville, Corey (Jennifer) Mullins, of Amanda, and Bryan and Taz Starner, of Lancaster; great grandchildren, Camdyn, Liam, Ella, Ford, Riley, Josie, and Lilly. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Wayne R. Starner; and her brother, Norwood "Sonny" Black.

Graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, July 27, 2026, at Amanda Township Cemetery.
