Kenneth E. Good, 84, of Lancaster, passed away Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at the Pickering House. He was born July 2, 1930 in Stoutsville and was the son of the late Durbin and Cleo (Rhymer) Good. Kenny was a member of the Church of God and a retired salesman for Coca-Cola in Circleville. He served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. Kenny had a passion for the Buckeyes.
He is survived by his wife, Wanda (Wears) Good; children, Vicki (Steve) Hettinger of Circleville, Kay (Terry) Covell of Lancaster, Rick (Donna) Good of Chillicothe, Kim (David) Marr of Laurelville, Tammy (Jeff) Adams of Stoutsville; stepchildren, Julie (Dennis) Smith of Baltimore, Susan (Tom) Kilbarger of Lancaster and Steve (Mindy) Lape of Columbus; 13 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and a brother, Robert (Kathleen) Good of Circleville. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Violet (Hedges) Good and two brothers, Donald and Lawrence Good.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday at the Taylor Funeral Home in Amanda with Rev. Lynn Summers officiating. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens in Lancaster with military honors. Friends may call from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
