Levi H. "Lee" Fetty, age 94, of Lancaster, passed away on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, at the Pickering House, in Lancaster. He was born April 1, 1930, in Pleasantville, to the late Lawrence and Evelyn (Mansbarger) Fetty. He was retired from the Fairifield County Road Department with 17 years of service. He was a member of the Goldwing Road Riders Association, Chapter X out of Logan. Lee loved trains and he held the only Golden Ticket for the Cass Scenic Railroad in West Virginia. He road motorcycles up until age 70. He loved the West Virginia mountains and Amish Country. Lee enjoyed fishing and time spent traveling.
He is survived by his children, Linda (Mel) Dwyer, of Ruskin, FL, Kevin (Cathie) Fetty, of Lancaster, and Kelly Fetty, of Lancaster; six grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; six great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Carol (Thompson) Fetty; sisters, Oma Berry and Ruth Fetty; brother, Pete Fetty.
The family will receive friends from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 11, 2024 at Taylor-Theller Funeral Home, Amanda with a service to be held at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Amanda Township Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, friends may make memorial contributions to the Pickering House, 282 Sells Road, Lancaster, OH 43130.
