Louise Christian, 76, formerly of Lake Orion, Michigan, passed away on Thursday, August 24, 2017 at Homestead Center in Lancaster. She was born August 26, 1940 in Morehead, Kentucky and was the daughter of the late Willis Mabry and Nora (Parker) Drake. Louise was retired from General Motors.
She is survived by her children, Rebecca (Rick) Antle of Amanda, Kathy (Tony) Vines of Lapeer, Michigan and David Christian of Lake Orion, Michigan; grandchildren, Natasha (Marty) Anderson, Nate (Nikki) Jackson, Brandon (Amy) Musser, Toni (Jim) Hutchins and Sean Christian; 11 great grandchildren; brothers, Bob ( Patty) Mabry of Newark and Roy (Cathy) Mabry of Lancaster;l sister, Christine Fuller of Lapeer, Michigan In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sons, Michael and Bobby Christian and a sister, Betty Jean Mabry.
Funeral services will be held 1:30 p.m. Monday at the Taylor Funeral Home in Amanda with Rev. Bill Weaver officiating. Friends may call from 11:00 a.m. until time of service on Monday. A grave side service will be held 1:00 p.m. Tuesday at Dawson Cemetery in Morehead, Kentucky.
