Louise Hill, 83, of Lancaster, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Saturday, December 2, 2017 at Fairfield Medical Center. She was born November 20, 1934 in Lancaster to the late Charles and Orpha (De Vault) King. Louise loved spending time with her grandchildren as well camping. She and her husband enjoyed traveling on their Gold Wing Motorcycle.
Louise is survived by her husband of 65 years, Bob Hill; sons, Rob (Peggy) Hill of Homosassa, FL., David (Vickie) Hill of Ft. Mill, SC., and Charles âChuckâ(Shelly) Hill of Bremen; 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren; brother, Charles King of Pleasantville; sister, Iva Mae Snider of Lancaster; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Lori Lagrow; sisters, Betty Snyder, Mary Ankrom, Ruth Noble, Clara Rhymer; and brother Russell King.
Funeral Service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at the Taylor Funeral Home in Amanda with Pastor Greg Gardner officiating. Burial will follow in Amanda Twp. Cemetery. Friends may call Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers , the family request memorial contributions to FairHoPe Hospice, 282 Sells Rd., Lancaster, OH in Louiseâs memory.
