Marianne Morgan

Marianne Morgan, age 93, of Laurelville, passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2025, at her residence. She was born May 10, 1931, in Ehningen, Germany, the daughter of Heinrich and Elise (Bartenbach) Zipperle. Marianne was raised in Germany where she dreamed of being a beautician. Due to the War, she was unable to pursue this dream. In America, she began her career with a cleaning service where she eventually took over for the owner. She cleaned for Anchor Hocking for several decades.

She is survived by her children, Ralf (Marcia) Morgan, Gene (Judy) Morgan, Lora Morgan, Brenda Gouhin, and Sue (Brian) McNabb; grandchildren, William (Misty) Morgan, Christy (Luke) Morgan Agee, Nikki (Travis) Carson, Sarah LaGue, Rosina (Steven) Morgan Young, Meghan (Scott) Morgan Adams, Maria Cooper, Stacy Roberts, Amanda Roberts, Tony (Ally) Morgan, and Joanna Roberts-Damron; 19 great grandchildren - ten boys and nine girls; Nephew, Reiner (Margot) Dietz; Niece, Petra DeJong. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Charles R. "Dick" Morgan.

At her request, no formal services will be observed. Cremation and inurnment at Tarlton Cemetery has been arranged in the care of Taylor-Theller Funeral Home, Amanda.
