Marion E. Miller

Marion E. Miller, 84, of Circleville, passed away on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at his residence.  He was born May 6, 1933 in Stoutsville and was the son of the late Clarence E. and Hazel (Britch) Miller.  Marion was a 1951 graduate of Stoutsville High School and a U.S. Army veteran serving during the Korean War.  He was a realtor in Circleville and owned Miller & Miller Insurance for 50 years.  He was a former member of Faith Memorial Church in Lancaster and served as Chaplain for Amvets Post #2256 Honor Guard in Circleville.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Grace (Lang) Miller; daughters, Karen Mathews of Canal Winchester and Rita Heston of Baltimore; grandchildren, Laura and Krista Mathews, Joshua and Christopher Heston, Stacy (Austin) Picklesimer and Megan (Mark) Francis and three great grandchildren.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Randy Miller; two brothers and one sister.
A grave side service will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at Maple Hill Cemetery in Stoutsville with Dr. Rev. Alice Wolfe officiating.  Amvets Post #2256 will provide military honors.
