Melissa L. Tipple, 36, of Lancaster, passed away unexpectedly at her residence on Friday, October 21, 2016. She was born June 23, 1980 in Lancaster. Melissa was as a home aide.
She is survived by her husband of 18 years, Lee A. Tipple; children, Katlyn, Zack and Zowie Tipple; father and stepmother, Ted and Sandra Miller; mother, Debra Miller and step father Charles Smyers; brother, Mark D. Miller; step sisters, Sherrie Murphy and Bridget Figgins, Cheryl (Richard) Stai, Cindy (Doug) Young, Lori (BJ) Blade; step brother, Charles J. Smyers; paternal grandparents, David & Connie Miller; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 28, 2016 at the Taylor Funeral Home in Amanda with burial to follow in Floral Hill Memory Gardens, Lancaster. Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. on Thursday.
In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, contributions may be made to the Amanda United Methodist Church or Hocking Twp. Fire Department in Melissa’s memory.
