Eddy Ray Stevens, age 41 of Lancaster, passed away unexpectedly Friday, July 20, 2012 at Fairfield Medical Center. He was born November 9, 1970 in Lancaster, Ohio to Joyce (Hughes) and the late Ray Stevens. Eddy was employed by the Anchor Hocking Company for nearly 10 years.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Anita (Horn) Stevens; sons; Dominick Burrer, Skylar Stevens, Donnell Stevens, daughter; Joyce Stevens, sister; Torencia (Jimmy) Wogan, and many nieces, nephews and friends. A memorial service will be held 3:00 p.m. Sunday, July 29, 2012 at the Royalton Community Church. The family would like to invite anyone who knew Eddy to attend. At the request of the family, memorial contributions can be made to the Taylor Funeral Home, 111 W. Main St., Amanda, OH 43102 to assist with funeral expenses.
