Harold "Tim" Roark, 55, of Lancaster, went to be with the Lord peacefully at his residence on Thursday, April 21, 2011. He was born June 21, 1955 in Columbus and was the son of Harold and Macel (Prevette) Roark. He was a member of United Pilgrim Church in Royalton and a 1973 graduate of Amanda Clearcreek High School.
Tim is survived by his wife, Deborah (Bale) Roark; mother, Macel Roark of Lancaster; brother, William (Donna) Roark of Lancaster; sisters, Lynda (James) Price of Springfield, Christine (Louis) Graham of Somerset and Regina (Kent) Beachy of West Jefferson; mother and father-in-law, Weyland (Leona) Bale of Lancaster; sisters-in-law, Karen Muck of Lancaster and Pamela Christiansen of North Carolina. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his father; sister-in-law, Bonnie Jewell and brothers-in-law, James "Casey" Thimmes and Paul W. Muck.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at the TAYLOR FUNERAL HOME in Amanda with Pastor Joe Hurst officiating. Burial will be in Amanda Twp. Cemetery. Friends may call from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
