Mr. Patrick C. Henderly

Patrick C. Henderly, 65, of Sugar Grove, passed away at his residence on Thursday, April 4, 2013. He was born March 8, 1948 in Fairfield County and was the son of the late Fred and Betty Jean (Byerly) Henderly. Patrick was a U.S. Army veteran serving during the VietNam war. He was a retired heavy equipment mechanic and worked for several John Deere dealerships.
He is survived by his wife, Monica Henderly; son, Jeff (fiancé Sharon White) Henderly of Sugar Grove; daughters, Misty Ruiz of West Virginia, Rebecca (John) Jones of Georgia and Lori Brooks of Florida; stepsons, Mike Crockett of Somerset and Nathen (Tracy) Crockett of Lancaster; step daughters, Maria (Jim) Bachus of Thornville and Sarah Craiglow of Roseville; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; brother, Chris Henderly of Lancaster. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Paula George.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday at the TAYLOR FUNERAL HOME in Amanda with Pastor Karl Hartmann officiating. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
