Mr. Paul Lee Williard

Paul L. Williard, 88, of Laurelville, passed away Sunday, September 18, 2011 at Pickaway Manor. He was born April 13, 1923 in Carroll, Ohio and was the son of the late Thomas Albert and Dora Elizabeth (McGrady) Williard. He was a member of South Perry U.M. Church and a retired machinist at Essex Wire.
He is survived by two sons, Donald (Pat) Williard of Amanda and Dale (Patty) Williard of Stoutsville; three daughters, Sharon (John) Davis of Amanda, Marlene (Harry) Hedges of Laurelville and Debra Spears of Chillicothe; 16 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; sister, Goldie Hettinger of Adelphi and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Charlotte; daughter, Barbara Harber; granddaughter, Sherri Williard; great granddaughter, Cheyenne Pence; two brothers, two sisters and 6 infant siblings.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at the TAYLOR FUNERAL HOME in Amanda with Pastor Ernest Harber officiating. Burial will be in Bethany Cemetery. Friends may call from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
