Mr. Thomas E. Moore

Thomas E. Moore, 52 of Lithopolis, passed away unexpectedly at Mt. Carmel Medical Center East on Friday May 20, 2011. He was born Oct. 2, 1958 in Lancaster and was the son of James and Mary Kuhn Moore who survive. Tom was a 1977 graduate of Amanda Clearcreek High School. He was an Arborist. In addition to his parents he is survived by his wife, Carol Hufford Moore, his children, Andrea Cleveland, Elizabeth, Shawn, Nicholas and Eric Moore. Grandchildren, Cameran and Carter Cleveland. Also surviving are Brothers, Larry, Dick and Jimmy Moore and a handfull of very good friends. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 P.M. Tuesday at the Lithopolis United Methodist Church (88 N. Market St.) with Rev. Ben Foulk officiating. The family will receive friends beginning 1:00 p.m Tuesday with the service to follow.. Cremation has taken place. The family has entrusted the arrangements to the Taylor Funeral Home 111 W. Main St, Amanda. 43102 In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate contributions to the funeral home to assist with expenses.
