Mrs. Mabel L. Stevens

Mabel L. Stevens, 87, of Lancaster, passed away Friday, April 8, 2011 at OSU Medical Center. She was born April 12, 1923 in Fairfield County and was the daughter of the late John and Rose (Strawser) Unger. She was a member of Fifth Ave. Church of Christ.
She is survived by three sons, Robert (Kathy) Stevens Jr. of Junction City, David (Lori) Stevens of Lancaster and Michael (Karole) Stevens of Michigan; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Stevens Sr.; sons, Ralph and James Stevens and four brothers, Albert, Cecil, Wayne and Charles Unger.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at the TAYLOR FUNERAL HOME in Amanda with Dave Tingler officiating. Burial will follow in Amanda Twp. Cemetery. Friends may call from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
