Mrs. Marguerite M. Bussert

Marguerite M. Bussert, 95, of Amanda, passed away Saturday, January 19, 2013 at Mt. Carmel West Medical Center. She was born November 13, 1917 in Sugar Grove and was the daughter of the late Edward and Sarah Alice (Fisher) Stalder. Marguerite was a 1935 graduate of Amanda High School and held various positions from secretary to truck driver for many years for Paul Bussert Trucking.
She is survived by two sons, Donald (Carol) Bussert of Amanda and Wayne (Marilyn) Bussert of Stoutsville; daughter-in-law, Mary Alice Bussert of Stoutsville; 19 grandchildren, 45 great grandchildren, 16 great great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Bussert and two children, Serelda Eileen Farmer and Richard A. Bussert.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at the TAYLOR FUNERAL HOME in Amanda. Burial will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery in Stoutsville. Friends may call from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
