Terry L. Covell

Terry L. Covell, 61, of Lancaster, passed away Sunday, February 15, 2015 at Riverside Methodist Hospital.  He was born September 29, 1953 in Sterling, Illinois and was the son of the late Robert and Phyllis (Campbell) Covell.  Terry was a 1971 graduate of Amanda-Clearcreek High School and a truck driver for Arrow Transports in Ashville, Ohio.
He is survived by his wife and best friend of 43 years, Kay (Good) Covell; son, Jeff Covell (Sonya) of Columbia Falls, Montana; five brother, five sisters and numerous nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents and a niece, Carrie Brizendine.
Cremation was handled with care and a memorial service will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday at the Taylor Funeral Home in Amanda with Rev. Melvin Truex officiating.  The family will receive friends on Friday from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Terry was a loving husband and father.  He was a wonderful brother and uncle.  He will be truly missed by all who knew him.
