Wilbur Swain graduated from high school with my father Louie Kuhlwein.  I spoke with Wilbur about a year ago on the phone.  He had inquired about my dad and I was given Wilbur's phone number to call him.  We are sorry to see that both of your parents are gone now.  My dad is still living in Dover.  He might be the only one still living from that class.

Sympathy to all the Swains.  I will miss seeing Wilbur at the reunions.
My Aunt Marie was very close to Wilbur and Mary.  She introduced them
after meeting Mary at beautician school in Columbus.  God Bless!

We were sorry to hear of Mr. Swain's passing.  We have only know them for about 6 years, when we started attending St. Jacob's.  When it became apparent that they could no longer attend church, Jim and I would go out and visit and whenever I made my vegetable soup Jim would also take them some and Wilbur would tell him he brought enough for 3 or 4 meals. Jim sometimes would go over and visit without me and always had a nice visit with Wilbur.  They were very nice people and we enjoyed the time we spent with them. It was a pleasure listening to Wilbur talk about the good ole days and his youth.  Our thoughts and prayers are with Mary and the Family.
