Billy Caldwell

Billy J. Caldwell, age 80, of Lancaster, passed away and went home to be with his wife on Thursday, May 30, 2024, at Country Lane Gardens in Thornville. He was born September 7, 1943, in Rainelle, WV to Lacey and Lula Caldwell. He was a member of the VFW, AMVETS, and the Moose. Billy loved to drink beer, the cheaper the better. His family will always remember him for his corny and ornery jokes. He will be dearly missed by all of his children and grandchildren.

He is survived by his children, Lora Collinsworth, of Logan, Kathy Lynn Caldwell, of Ansted, WV, Ronnie Snoke, of Lancaster, Brian (Angel) Snoke, of Lancaster, and Kenny Caldwell, of Nelsonville; many grand children and great grandchildren; sister, Patty Dorsey, of Reno, WV. He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Donna Caldwell; son Kevin Snoke.

A celebration of Billy and Donna's life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 9, 2024, at Brian and Angel's home. Cremation has been arranged in the care of Taylor-Theller Funeral Home, Amanda.
