William Schneider

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of William Carl Schneider, 68, born on June 28, 1956, in Edinburgh, Scotland to Gail Francis and Anne (Hoffie) Schneider. After a life well-lived, William peacefully passed away on July 7, 2024 at Fairfield Medical Center.

A dedicated Quality Control Manager in the glass manufacturing industry, Bill retired from Ball Metal Pack, Groveport. He was the former owner of Aguatect - Aquarium and Tropical Fish Store. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and Builder's Club.

William leaves behind his love Tami Towe of 28 years; daughter, Heather (Jason) Boyer; Tami's children whom he raised, Gregory B. (Miranda and kids) Wehrle, Victoria (Jourdan) Carroll; 10 grandchildren; sister, Michele Hikec; the Walter Family; and his extended family in Scotland. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Bill was preceded in death by his parents; cousin, Bob Walter; and granddaughter, Emma Jean Carroll on June 17, 2024.

In accordance with his wishes, Bill will be cremated, and a celebration of his life will be held by his family at a later date.
